How to Use the search option.<br /><br /> 1. You can search the knowledgebase by topic (i.e. AccuRIP, Separation Studio)<br /> an locate an Article or Articles that relate to your question or issue.<br />Click on the Article(s) to read.<br /><br /> 2. You can search using the provided “Key Word Search” field.<br />Type in the blank field any on-screen message, specific error code,<br /> or descriptive word or phrase.<br /> <br /> The Knowledgebase filter will provide you with one or more articles that match.

1. Please send us your full AccuRIP serial number by filling out a support ticket. In the time it takes to handle this,
install the fully functional trial to keep you working. Link to free, fully-functional trial:

2. If your next computer previously ran a trial and it is now expired contact Freehand through RRS for assistance.

3. Click the CONTINUE button to submit your AccuRIP serial number or to request a trial extension.
