How to Use the search option.<br /><br /> 1. You can search the knowledgebase by topic (i.e. AccuRIP, Separation Studio)<br /> an locate an Article or Articles that relate to your question or issue.<br />Click on the Article(s) to read.<br /><br /> 2. You can search using the provided “Key Word Search” field.<br />Type in the blank field any on-screen message, specific error code,<br /> or descriptive word or phrase.<br /> <br /> The Knowledgebase filter will provide you with one or more articles that match.
ACC-0401 • AccuRIP Trial Unlock Code Invalid

TOPIC:

AccuRIP Trial Unlock Code doesn't work. 


RESOLVE:

The current trial download auto installs the trial unlock code. If you are getting this error then you are using an older download (such as one that has not been updated by a reseller or is on an old cd). 

When your trial unlock code fails to work simply provide the"Service Code " that appears in the Unlock Code Window to tech support. http://www.softwareforscreenprinterstech.com

Codes are 8 characters long, all caps and usually begin with the letter "A".  The Window must remain "open" until support sends back a response code.  Enter the new Service Code provided by tech support in ALL CAPS then the install Wizard will begin.
